Click on the "Getting Started" entry in the start menu. This will open the welcome screen. Now click on Install Windows 10 VM, this will help you to more easily install a Windows 10 VM
You can choose between different ways to download the Windows iso. You can just choose "1" if you are not sure know what your are doing.
Wait for the script to install the necessary packages
If you choose 1 or 3, the terminal will download the iso. If you choose 2, Firefox Browser will open up and download the iso. This can take 5 minute or 2 hours depends on your internet speed.
After the iso downloads, the Windows 10 installation will launch in a VM Window
Just click "I don't have a product key" if you don't have a key or don't plan activate the OS yet. You can still activate Windows 10 later
Choose a Windows 10 version to install, Windows 10 Pro is recommended
tick the checkbox to accept the license terms. And click "Next"
Click on the "Custom: Install Windows only (advanced)" box, since the virtual disk have no partition so we will have to set it up our self
Click on the "Drive 0 Unallocated Space" and click on "Next"
Now the Windows 10 will start installing, this will take a while...
After the installation, this screen will show-up you can now set up Windows 10 like how you would set up your Windows 10 PC
There you go! You a got a working Windows 10 VM! However, you might feel the VM quite sluggish. This is because you need SPICE Guest Tools. It is like VirtualBox Guest Additions and VMware Tools, it helps the VM run smoother
To start with, open up Edge or any web browser and go to https://www.spice-space.org/download.html or just search up "SPICE Guest Tools" and click on the first result
Scroll down to "Windows binaries" and click on "spice-game-tools"
Once the file is downloaded, run it
Run through the installation and your VM will be faster
Once you shutdown the VM you can start it again using the start menu. Just type "windows" in the start menu search-box!

Now the VM screen will fit to the windows space, so you don't have to search for the taskbar of the VM or be forced to use it in full screen
